Here are three of my go-to favorites for Brunch North of Denver

Lucile’s is a true brunch institution. Tucked into a charming old home near downtown Boulder, this spot has been serving up Southern comfort since 1980. Think buttery biscuits, spicy Creole omelets, and chicory coffee that feels like a warm hug. If you haven’t been, it’s time to change that!

With bright interiors and a fresh, seasonal menu, Tangerine is the perfect place for a laid-back brunch with a healthy twist. They use locally sourced ingredients, and their sweet potato puree is honestly out of this world. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or all about the eggs benny, there’s something here for everyone.

3️⃣ The Huckleberry – Louisville

Cozy, charming, and full of Colorado character, The Huckleberry feels like a warm hug on a plate. You’ll find all the brunch classics—plus a few regional surprises—and their in-house bakery makes it hard to say no to dessert before noon. Pro tip: grab a cinnamon roll to go.
